Jeff took the time to listen to my issue and took me seriously. I just could not figure out a high pitched noise that sounded like a pump or bearing going out in what we thought was the transmission. Sent pictures and videos to him before dropping the truck off on a Wensday evening after hours. By 8:30 Thursday morning he had already found the issue and sent a video of it to me.
