Highly recommend, Sarah worked around me to suit a day that was easy for me to get the car booked in. A quote was given first before any work was started so I knew up front what the cost would be. Car went in for a service but extra work was required, this was still all done on the one day, so the car was only off the road for 1 day. When I picked the car up Justin went through all that was done. Would highly recommend Justin & Sarah, great service.
Justin and the team were fantastic! We needed our car serviced and the registration done urgently—Justin made it happen with no fuss. Everything was completed quickly and efficiently. They also identified a few other issues and kept us informed, offering to take care of them too. The whole team was professional, helpful, and thorough. Highly recommend taking your car here—couldn’t be happier with the service.
JSB Mechanical- what can I say? Simply amazing, definitely exceeded my expectations. I booked my car in using their online booking system which was easy and convenient. The moment I stepped in the door I just knew that I had found an honest mechanic. Nothing was an issue. They were helpful, very knowledgeable. Genuine family business, not out to rip people off. JSB helped out my elderly mother with a pink slip and nothing was a problem. The transparency and ease of understanding for her waa fantastic. From the mechanical knowledge to the superb customer service, I would thoroughly recommend JSB to anyone and now we are goimg back to have her car serviced. Thanks JSB.
JSB were absolutely amazing! After my car had the clutch go on the weekend they were able to get it fixed and back to me within the week! Nothing short of amazing! Such reasonable pricing and even better timing, thank you guys
