These guys are my new go to! Justin was fantastic to talk to and Sarah was so lovely. Some other shops I called seemed like they were trying to charge me an 'import tax' the moment I said it was a Japanese vehicle. Justin treated me like an equal the whole time, gave me an outline of what was required and was happy to install the parts I supplied. I had my Pajero automatic transmission serviced at JSB Mechanical today. The people were very friendly and helpful and have a very professional clean and tidy workshop. I couldn’t recommend Sara and Justin highly enough. They are genuinely lovely people. I’ve always felt anxious taking my car to mechanics as a female, but that has never been the case at JSB Mechanical. Justin is always honest, takes the time to explain and show me the issue before going ahead with any repairs, and his pricing is always reasonable and affordable. I truly appreciate the trust and transparency they provide.
It’s rare to find this level of integrity nowadays. they truly looked out for my best interests. A single, thorough inspection saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary costs. I left feeling confident and genuinely cared for. 10/10 service—I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Brought my car to JSB for a second opinion after being told it wasn’t worth fixing. Let me tell you, this man had a field day trying to figure out what was wrong but he took his time and seems all it was, was my car was in 4wd lock mode. After feeling a little silly, I was very grateful for JSB! Also fit me in on the day I rang up! Will be back for all my car troubles!
