I had excellent service with R A Dill & Sons! As always, I appreciate the prompt response and professionalism. Everyone is courteous and answers all of my questions thoroughly. This is the third time that I have used RA Dill. EVERY time has been a success! I would like to add that they are very neat in their cleanup. I highly recommend them!
Calling this plumbing service feels like chasing ghosts as Nick rarely returns calls promptly. Their prices are astronomical, and although Chuck, one of their plumbers, does good work, the boss Nick's attitude is less than stellar. Save yourself the hassle and find a plumber who values your time and money.

BEWARE!!! They will send you BIG SURPRISE bills without communicating first. Even when a visit was canceled 48 hours ahead they will still show up for nothing so they can charge another visit. Plus they will never pick up the phone and you need to beg them for a callback. Stay away from this dishonest contractor!! UPDATE: RA Dill & Son even threatened to come after me if I didn't delete my review. This explains who they really are.
