I've used RAD multiple times now on different types of foundatios. They are hands down the best company in San Diego with tons of experience. They are very honest with their estimates and not trying to over sell, which I appreciate very much. Great jobs guys!
Since purchasing my home over 11 years ago, I have had RAD come out to look at the cracks in my home. Russ explained everything so well and was so honest! I must have had him come out 3 or 4 times just to monitor and he was always thorough, patient and honest. Just recently I wanted to get new flooring put in and found that my foundation was pulling away from the footing and that it needed to be fixed in order to get the flooring. I've had such an amazing, top notch experience with RAD Construction. I did a pretty expensive but needed french drainage installation around my house to prevent my house from continuing to crack and shift. Will has been absolutely wonderful to work with! He came out, I believe, 8 months ago now, to provide an estimate after talking to about 5 or 6 other companies.
