“I asked this shop to diagnose my A/C problem. They told me the issue was the condenser, so I agreed to the repair. After they replaced it, the A/C still did not work. Then they told me the problem was actually the compressor, and I would have to pay more. I was charged about $1,000 for the condenser replacement, but my A/C problem is still not fixed. I trusted their diagnosis, but it was wrong, and now I feel misled and out a lot of money.”
