Great customer service in the office and very friendly, we’re so prompt with delivery they just showed up I had to double check they had the right house lol
Knowledgeable and easy to work with, going above and beyond. During the inspection of the gas lines and propane tank (which was only a year old, installed by another company) They found 4 leaks and poor workmanship. They saved us money by fixing the leaks and communicating what they were doing the whole time. I could go on about how many things they have fixed. Not enough nice things I can say about Tom and this company. I was having an issue with my AC and they came over same day to not only take care of the situation but also helped with some other issues I had with my thermostat and my wiring. Even after all that Tom spent time with me going over some things around my house and how to be more efficient. Awesome guy, awesome company, very fair pricing. Would 100% recommend!
