I’ve been a customer of Bair Oil Co. for 23 years, but my recent experience with a furnace replacement was disappointing. When our 48-year-old furnace failed and sent soot through the vents, Bair came out for a weekend service call ($180, which was reasonable) and confirmed it needed replacement.
