To begin, my drip system wasn't working properly. I contacted Lightning Sprinkler and Lighting Repair (a second company to go with R&3Js Lawncare) . Felix fixed the problem which wasn't an easy fix. He was on time and kept to his initial fee and fixed everything - even a leak I didn't know I had. Then I contacted Felix's lawn care company. Felix and his crew have done a wonderful job each time I've requested their services, including irrigation system repair and maintenance of backyard landscaping. Not only did he work with me directly with clear communication, but he gave me some good advice on maintenance I could perform myself for the future. Service was smooth and quick, and I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Felix was great! He fit us in quickly, was prompt and direct with his communication, gave a fair estimate, and most importantly did a great job. He even went the extra mile and raked up our dead leaves for us. Definitely would recommend his services.
I have been with R&3Js Lawncare for nearly a decade and they continue to impress. Their work consistently looks better than any yard in my neighborhood and the attention to detail is unmatched. The tree shaping and backyard grooming make my yard feel like Disneyland every time I step outside. They listen to feedback, make adjustments when asked, and always deliver high quality results. Truly the best, and I am grateful to see their work in my yard every day.
