They are the worst and they don’t return your calls or texts, they don’t want to pay taxes on the money they make which I should report to the IRS, stay away from this company they are not about satisfying customers. After this review I was called and harassed to remove it and when I said I wouldn’t I was verbally abused, so go to hell with your bullshit response it’s just to save face.
R-1 Home Improvements did a great job on our bathrooms, both total redos. For one they converted the tub to walk in shower. Months later I had a question and the owner graciously came over to evaluate and answer it. Highly recommend.
R-1 Home Improvement were the worst contractors I have dealt with. Due to a small fire we needed to have exterior sofit and facia wood replaced. 10 ft on each side of both. Along with painted. The second floor interior ceiling needed to be replaced. They did a chop job on the exterior work. They even left charred wood. On the interior work, what a mess! The ceiling has gouges in it.
