I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I had to make the time. This shop truly has the best customer service! They did an amazing job on my muffler delete, gave me the best service, and offered an affordable price. I’ll definitely be coming back and will spread the word to my car group and friends. R1 is the best local auto repair shop around. The quality of service is always amazing. They’re are always straight forward about pricing, straight forward on what needs to be fixed and will work with you as best as they can. Went in for an oil change and was out in less than 30 min thanks to Carlos! The office manager Eddie is a consummate professional who helps make R1 the best around.
