Not ever going to understand why a person would want HOT food, with a side of extra COLD noodles. I expect my ENTIRE order to be hot. The reasoning of cooling the noodles off by putting them in the fridge ir freezer is beyond me. I guess I need to dine in to get a better experience.
The staff was so helpful and kind! It was my son and i's first ramen experience and it was so good! They walked us through it and the food was AMAZING. My 10 year old son said its his new favorite place
Tasty! I had the pork ramen, very hot level and an order of edemame pick up. When I had my first bit of ramen, it was good enough to do a little dance. The spice level is tolerable at very hot but I'm also from New Mexico. The pork ramen bowl was nice and perfectly salty. The ramen dosent have veggies in it but you can customize. The edemame was good too but I already love it as a snack. I'm glad that found myself stopping here on my way back to NM because I just needed a good bowl!
