all the staff at QYN are so lovely!! i found my dream ball dress and was immensely happy with the assistance I received. I also had a few complications when returning my dress due to getting a few stains on it at my ball, but the staff were so understanding and helpful. I will forever be so grateful I got my dress from here and I am so thankful for all the support.

Just went to QYN and the service was incredible! I was welcomed with friendly service and some sort of sense comfort i cannot explain. my mum and i were served by Quyen and she was just amazing. so kind and considerate. she made me feel so comfortable and beautiful in every dress i tried on!! she answered all my questions perfectly. I tried on many dresses and every single one she was extremely helpful with lacing them up, taking photos, and providing solutions to some issues i had with the bust area. either way, amazing ser... read more
