I have been here many times and had a great experience. But this last visit was really quite bad. They were busy and I waited about 20 minutes (not an issue). But apparently they had to call one of the employees back to the spa to handle my visit. (Lisa) From the moment she showed up you could tell she was angry or annoyed. And it showed in her service.
