Greedy guy, charges $40 for a bag of peanuts that across the street at ship on site cost $20, really bad customer service, I shipped a small mill and the shipping was over $100 and fedex screwed up and delivered it to the wrong address, fedex told me they did not bill him and that I should get a refund and he refused to refund me on the shipping charges, tried to act stupid
The owner is very helpful and friendly. I have a post office box there and he always calls or texts me when I have mail. In addition, the P.O. Box rates are less expensive than the postal service. I highly recommend them.
although there was a mistake they were very friendly and very happy to help to get the issue resolved. i would gladly use them again for my shipping needs
Quik Pack in WF put the wrong name on the label and the package could not be delivered to my college student. How hard is it to copy the right name from a slip of paper? Time sensitive material that should have taken one day is being returned to the store after two attempts to deliver. Really?
