Its a great place it's spotless, staff is very friendly, it always smells pretty,wouldn't go anywhere else.

Went to return clothing that was too large. The instructions explicitly say no packaging required. The lady was rude and smug and stated we’d have to buy a bag, which wasn’t a problem. I have never treated a stranger that way in my life so that was the frustrating part. Then the employee went to scan the QR code and their scanner didn’t work. We had to take the clothing to a different location. Just miserable, unhelpful employees. I’d drive farther just to not have to deal with that.

Every time I come to location it is closed either before posted time or random times throughout the day. I really want to patronize considering it is the only print shop that is conveniently located to me. Please get right.

4 out of the 5 times I stopped by here to drop of packages they were closed despite it being within the posted operation hours. 2 stars only because the 1 time someone was there they were polite. A sign on the door stating irregular operation hours, short staff, or be back at _____ time, would be simple gesture of good customer service. This would be understandable oppose to walking up to a open sign in the window and a locked door.
