Update: I've had several issues since installation. They tried to blame me for some issues yet cannot find the problem. They say there's after hours service but nobody calls back. I'm wishing I went with a different company 2 years later. It was just determined my issue is with the thermostat they installed. The thermostat was broken when installed. They just replaced the thermostat and charged me an additional $260 for the broken thermostat they installed.
I had the pleasure of having Joey and Casey as my Furnace and AC installers. They were on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous during the installation process. I would highly recommend them and Qwest Comfort to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their Furnace and AC unit.
Huge shoutout to Nathan and his crew for coming out in a timely matter and get our new hot water tank installed! They are nothing but great work ethic from this crew!
Joey added new valves, new spigot, new lines for my garage. Installed new utility sink also. Very clean and professional. Highly recommend.
