Terrible service. Kept our work van for 4 months. No contact, never reached out with updates. Getting a hold of him or him returning a call was a joke. Quoted us $4,300, then the final invoice ended up being $10,400. Never called the facility with this price adjustment. Then he threatened to charge storage fees if we didn’t pay and come pick up the van the day he finally finished. We took our truck to Q as we had a sunroof leak and we were getting ready to sell the vehicle. 2 other body shops failed to stop the leak and left some ugly evidence of their attempts. QWERKS found a caulk that matched the weather stripping and if you didn’t know what you were looking for, you wouldn’t notice it there. I took the truck through the car wash tonight to test it and there were no leaks. We are SUPER impressed with their work.

Super good communication through the whole process. Always called if something changed and was very informative. Car was done exactly when he said it would be.
