We’ve went around for 30 mins to reach a empty space without any instruction. Paid minimum $17 flat rate even after the shop gave us $20 validation ticket as photos below after we shopped over $200 but it still didn’t work to this car park and definitely we have to pay minimum flat rate to get out there. *condition apply makes customers confusing there is not enough information on the validation ticket as my attached photos . And very bad customers service then btw.

Must buy from any store for discounted parking so $ 20 a day if you buy $1 stuff from any shop in QV make sure to keep the invoice
Overall it’s good price over the weekend but think twice if you plan to leave around 6-8pm, it took me at least 30 mins to get out of the car park.
