DR Lam is a very Good Doctor. She is one of the most nicest Doctor I've ran across. She is very knowledgeable about her practice. She is really taking good care of my Husband. She will inform you exactly what your problems, you are facing. She cuts no corners about your situation. She will tell you and that is the kind of Doctor you will want for your care. Thank you Dr Lam for being a caring Physician.
This doctor is horrible, the staffs are not helpful. Recommend all patients need to search different Kidney doctor !!!
My mother had a small question and can be slow to understand certain things especially regarding her insurance and just wanted to understand how it work. But her employees were very rude and to say she doesn't work in insurance department and was making my mother feel bad for asking just simple explanation. I asked this so-called doctor for a refill of the prescription for my mother who is 92 years old and she refused to do it till she came to the clinic to pay the fee. I asked her for an appointment, and she gave me an appointment after EIGHT days I asked to send fill for this 8 days (its a medication to regulate blood pressure btw) Imagine a 92-year-old patient who goes without medication for 8 days. the Doctor is very disrespectful and rude to her patient! This so call Doctor is very disrespectful and rude to her patient! Quynh Lam, have no manners! I have witnesses she not just disrespectful and rude to her patients but also disrespectful and rude to her worker yelling at them! I will take my parents to go see another Doctor!
