We brought our daughter to this medical group on a recommendation as she had injured her arm...what a mistake! We are now 6 months later, we received the wrong treatment...having to go to a specialist to fix what should have been diagnosed and treated properly when the injury occurred...in addition, the office staff is horrible...avoid at all costs!!!
I have always liked Dr. Hoang. Seems thorough and not rushed. It's the office staff. They are very rude. Not just one, but all of them. They make you feel like you've really effed their day up by forcing them to check you in or make an appointment for a follow up. If you call and leave a message (especially if it's on the recording), do not expect a call back, even though they will acknowledge that they do remember getting the message. Dr Hoang was nice and explained well and advised to call office if there is any issues with authorization. I called several times and office staff very unprofessional, told me dr Hoang’s assistant is busy to call me back same day but I never got a call next day either and again called but no call back from the assistant. I don’t understand. How many days do I wait to get a call back?? It is not nice to be ignored when you waited so long to get treatment.
Doctor is always in a rush , I come here because its closer but the office staff is terrible and mean ! They make you pay your co pay right at the arrival and always make you wait .. 30 minutes minimum, but they call to confirm the time of appointments and also to make sure you know their policy of being late or dont show up not mentioning that they are never flexible to accommodate, I’m done with this place I have to drive far too I won’t be coming back here ! My daughter Delilah broke her arm. Insurance authorized and we were seen the same day! Front office great. Dr. Hoang was fantastic…..Thorough and caring. Took her time to explain everything. Thank you Doctor and staff : )
