I had a very disappointing experience at the QUT swimming pool today. The staff member working at the front desk was also acting as the lifeguard, and her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I visited the QUT pool today with a friend. The facility closes at 8:00 pm and we were fully aware of the closing time. However, well before 8:00 pm, a female lifeguard repeatedly urged us to leave even though we were already in the changing room getting dressed and drying our hair. What made the situation particularly uncomfortable was that the lifeguard kept the changing room door open and stood nearby watching us while we were changing. Showers used to be very clean, now you can spot moulds everywhere. Staff very rude at the reception and not very keen to answer your questions.
’ve visited many pools, and because of its excellent water quality, this place has become my favorite.
