No one could justify why I had to spend 90 min in there!
Waste of time
I felt uneasy after purchasing and later checked. In Queensland, under the Spectacle Supply Scheme (SSS) via the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS), eligible pensioner concession-card holders do NOT have to pay a flat $20 co-contribution. If you qualify, you can get a pair of basic prescription spectacles free once every two years. I was told by the staff at the QUT optical clinic, THERE IS a $20 fee payable.. it's for the lenses!
