I felt uneasy after purchasing and later checked. In Queensland, under the Spectacle Supply Scheme (SSS) via the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS), eligible pensioner concession-card holders do NOT have to pay a flat $20 co-contribution. If you qualify, you can get a pair of basic prescription spectacles free once every two years. I was told by the staff at the QUT optical clinic, THERE IS a $20 fee payable.. it's for the lenses! Amazing, friendly people that care
Very awful experience from the receptionist and student! Have already came to QUT optemestry for 6 years. Currently, I have to take 1 hour to there. This time, I booked an appointment for contact lenses check up as I’d like to place order to refill my contact lenses. The receptionist knew that and booked a 4.30pm appointment for me.
