I’ve been a patient of Dr Qureshi for over 10 years. He has always been a good physician, caring and professional. Over the last 6 months, his staff have become very unprofessional, teetering on mean and ridiculous. Mistakes on referrals to the wrong specialists, Imaging places, no diagnosis codes or wrong diagnosis codes, no call backs regarding results or prescriptions, and not answering the phone even when they’re not with patients, which is only half a day three days a week now. Dr. Qureshi is a excellent physician and has a awesome nurse, Tamara. Anytime I call and leave a message for Tamara, she calls me back and takes the time on the phone and in the office to see to my needs or concerns. Dr. Qureshi listens, genuinely cares, takes time with you and communicates with you. He was the only physician after my TKA that saved my life. I love Dr. Qureshi and Amanda and Tamra. Since I started seeing Dr. Qureshi, the office has been nothing but professional and extremely, extremely kind to me. They're always willing to discuss my care and make sure that I'm on the right medication and that I have everything that I need. I wish I had found this doctor years ago!
Amazing Doctor. Had to go to his office because my regular Doctor was out of the country. Really liked him
We were patients of Dr Qureshi for many years. The staff he currently has is horrible at communicating. It took so long to get things accomplished. When we called about questions on upcoming referrels or labs, they never had the correct information. The do not communicate with each other well within their office. We have decided to get a new PCP. I do not suggest going to him until he gets a new staff who cares about the patients.
