Had to get a mandatory boiler inspection as part of the flat lease. There were no issues before these guys came to inspect the unit, then after they inspected the hot water no longer worked. I assumed everything was OK with the boiler as I didn't receive any comms from these guys saying otherwise, so I spend 500 quid on a plumber to try and fix the issue. Unreliable - avoid. They came to (1) carry our a survey in the middle of the second wave of the pandemic and (2) give me a quote on an issue with our extractor. Quotehedge thought that it was a good idea to show up with a trainee (without warning) and they then refused to give me the quote for the extractor problem as suddenly Martin argued that they mostly serviced companies (only after being paid for the survey). Felt as if the decision was discriminatory in nature and due to bigotry.
