Bought a kitchen mixer, shower set, and bathroom mixer with these guys. All 3 have issues within 1.5 years after installation by licensed technican. They are aware of the "known" issues yet their after sales service is problematic. No one will come and fix their known issue. You fix it yourself with the help of a pdf file or video.
We purchased two sets of tapware for our showers recently. Unfortunately we made a mistake with the fitting selection. Joanne was super helpful in exchanging the parts we needed without questions. Super helpful! Also, the quality of the tapware is amazing. I highly recommend Quoss and won't hesitate to purchase this brand in the future Thank you!

The time approached for replacement of the washers (again!) and I took this opportunity to find mixer taps that would suit our apartment. Unfortunately, we live in an apartment where each of the taps installed were not of the same distance. I found the service of Quoss personnel to be simply wonderful.
