I bought and installed the freestyle shower. I am so happy with this product. It solved at least 5 problems I was having with the old 2 tap system. First, I had shuddering pipes and constant leaking no matter that I replaced the washers. I had low water pressure, and it was so hard to adjust the water temp with just a drizzle coming out the shower head. Bought the Quoss Shower Mixer 2yrs ago but it started leaking from the tap section. Couple of emails with Joanne from Quoss on the problem and warranty confirmation and a new cartridge was sent and received within 2 business days. Fixed in 15mins. Good product and amazing after-sales service. Will definitely be recommending.
Bought a kitchen mixer, shower set, and bathroom mixer with these guys. All 3 have issues within 1.5 years after installation by licensed technican. They are aware of the "known" issues yet their after sales service is problematic. No one will come and fix their known issue. You fix it yourself with the help of a pdf file or video.
We purchased two sets of tapware for our showers recently. Unfortunately we made a mistake with the fitting selection. Joanne was super helpful in exchanging the parts we needed without questions. Super helpful! Also, the quality of the tapware is amazing. I highly recommend Quoss and won't hesitate to purchase this brand in the future Thank you!
