After leaving my doctor appointment, I stopped by the hospital to see if they could fit me in early for my ultrasound. It wasn’t scheduled for several more hours, and I had to fast. The hospital staff were very accommodating and fit me in to a morning appointment. My wait was minimal and I was in and out before long. Overall, a really good experience.!!
Follow up after an MRI. The doctor provided an excellent explanation of the results.
I need neck surgery. Didn’t care that I was suffering in pain. Sent me to pain management. Had a failed cervical steroid injection. Pain management sent me back to Dr Thai, no appointments available for a month. Suffering with excruciating pain. My primary care got me into another neurosurgeon. Luckily, I’m having surgery soon to relieve this pain.
All the staff were friendly and courteous. Dr Thai was friendly, spent time with me, answered my concerns, and was not in a rush for time.
