Dr. Xu is awesome !! He is so understanding and listens to you. He has helped me so much. He is fantastic and I would recommend him to everyone. Plus the wonderful young lady that works in front. She has helped me so much, even helped me when I got lost on the way to Dr. Xus office. God bless you both ????????
I arrived on time for my appointment and it took me 70 minutes before i was called in to sit in a examination room. Then I waited another 15 minutes before I was finally seen by the doctor. He stated that he is concerned with the liver toxicity of the medication. I also told him that i wanted to decrease my dosage because I haven't had a seizure in 7 years. But when i told him that, he contradicted himself saying "If it isn't broken do't fix it." NOT A PATIENT FRIENDLY health care provider.
The doctor is very nice and intelligent!
Very Polite receptionist, Doctor seem very cold emotion, keep repeating I need to come back every 6 months to refill my prescription. I ask why do I need to if I am feeling OK. Never answer the question. Sent me to get blood work done and told me to call back for update. I did the blood work than called and ask to talk to the doctor. I was not able to and left a message with the receptionist. I never did get a call back. My main doctor did call me back about blood work but this Dr. Xu did not.
