Really disappointing experience from start to finish. I ordered four sliders: two chicken, one beef, and one Italian. The app wouldn’t let me use the advertised 2-for-$5.49 deal, so at $2.99 each the order was about $12. I then applied the $5-off-$10 offer that Quiznos was explicitly advertising in the app after downloading it, bringing the order down to $7 before tax for 4 sliders. I stopped by Quiznos today and had a great experience. The food was fresh, prepared exactly as requested, and tasted excellent. What really stood out, however, was the customer service. The employee who helped me was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. They took the time to make sure everything was right and made me feel genuinely welcome.
