I stopped in for a chicken carbonara sandwich. The only thing right about this order is the bread. You can’t see the food being made. I went out of my way to stop here on my drive because it’s hard to find Quiznos now days and the chicken carbonara is my favorite. I was extremely disappointed to find no chicken and no carbonara. Just some spicy roast beef sandwich with bacon.
No one was avaliable, for the 3rd time. I see it says they open at 11. My husband was told noon. He used to enjoy stopping on his way to and from Ga. Oh well.
Went in to grab a to-go sandwich. No one working at the Quiznos counter. Two employees chatting at the adjoining counter for the gas station / convenience store. I was told to place an order there with them. Stood and waited a few minutes for them to finish their non work related conversation. Apparently I was interrupting them. Never asked to help me. So I left.
We travel quite frequently through this area. Each time we've been met with disatisfaction. Couldn't tell you about their food as they typically do not have workers present. Ordering and paying for something from quiznos through the front register yet the employees up front can't/won't/don't make any of the subs. We have been met with "I'm sorry" for years for lack of staff. Time to give this up or management needs to step up with reliable food service hours and staff. Mind you this is a Saturday at 2pm.
