Kind of run down location, food was average and average price. I left full but not fully satisfied.
Male sandwich maker made wrong sandwich blamed me stating that’s the sandwich I asked for. Which is wrong I made my order he assumed I asked for something ells and made it. Was not apologetic instead argumentative. No hand washing during entire time I was there. Switch from handling money to handling food without hand washing just put on gloves when handling food and taking them off when at register.
I was in last weekend and it will be my last time. I used to love the chicken carbonara sandwich. I sensed that the bread, while the same length, seemed narrower. I used to get fresh mushrooms on top after the sandwich went through the oven, and they no longer had those. The ends of the sandwich didn't have any chicken, just bread. Typically love this place. Went tonight and asked to pay most on cash and the rest on card. Charged my card for the full amount after I repeatedly told him I wanted to pay for it mostly in cash. If you cant do something just tell someone that.
