I rate this two stars because two out of the five customers that walked in, walked out with a full belly. My partner and I had ordered a Baja chicken sandwich with a couple modifications, like add jalapeños and no onions on white bread. Instead, we were met with wheat bread and no jalapeños. Ordered online to be able to run in quickly and get back on the road. Went into pick up and the order had not even been started. There were no other customers, so there was not a reason for the order to not have even been started. Took 25 minutes to get our sandwiches after we went in to ask them to start on the order. While the employee was making our sandwiches, another employee was showing each other personal pictures on their phone. They sure were not worried about the service that we received. I love Quiznos, who doesn’t? I go out of my way to get a sandwich or two anytime I one. This one was in Columbus, Nebraska. I guess Quiznos doesn’t have regular stores now, because every Quiznos I have been in is a gas station/ Quiznos. That’s fine but they usually don’t have the full menu. The sandwich was hot and flavorful. I got the chipotle beef. What a zinger! I also got a tuna melt to go. If I have one complaint, it is that this gas station closes early, like 8pm, so get there early.
