I wanted to use points I have on the app to redeem for food. I asked when I arrived, and I thought they said I could. When I went to pay, they said the scanner wasn't working. I also asked about free refills on fountain drinks. She said "I got you", which I took as a yes. When I asked for a refill (different employee) I was told we don't do free refills.
