I ordered a sandwich online today. The website took my order, took payment, and when I get there, the place is locked and looks to have gone out of business. Just great.....
Restaurant was unclean, food was not good. Even the Coke and Dr. Pepper that we got were both undrinkable. Probably haven't cleaned the machine. Shame really, I have lived Quiznos for a long time but won't be going to the Brighton one again.
We have been coming here for a long time and ever since the new owners this place has went completely downhill. The restaurant is dirty and gross. They had no drinks available zero ice nothing in the coolers. The girls working had no clue what they were doing or how to make the sandwiches. This was the most uncomfortable lunch definitely will not be back. I felt bad for the workers they had little to work with so I don’t blame them, but this restaurant has completely gone south.
I literally have eaten here so many times with great food and ok service but today was the worst. Today there was a new kid behind the counter and immediately got attitude with me. He asked a question, I answered and then he asked the same question again... I answered again.... And then he asked me a third time telling me he is asking about said question and I said I know what you are asking, and then he copped MORE attitude so I just left because it was absolute the worst service I've ever had there.
