Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a restaurant in years - was at the Urbandale location. Food is fine but won’t be going back. Rude staff, unhelpful, unfriendly.
Terrible service. Asked for a vegetarian sandwhich and got meat. Asked for a refund but was denied
Been there twice. Staffs always nice to me. Food is made correct and quickly. Will go again.
Disrespectful staff , also would like to complain about no public restroom in the store, I’ll remember this and choose subway next time 💯
