They were out for a Christmas party on Dec 21st last year. I didn't know this when I put in an order on their website and it let me complete the transaction. I went to pick it up and saw an apology letter on their door and no one there. I called the next business day and everybody said they weren't the one who handles refunds. I filed a dispute with my bank and just recently got a letter saying quiznos contests my dispute saying I got my order and they're refusing to refund my money. Liars and greedy thieves. They made sure my order was done right, and I had what I wanted. Employees were very friendly.
