I called the Quiznos location in Sumas, Abbotsford to ask if they offer halal options. As soon as I asked, the employee laughed and then hung up on me. I found this extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. It’s a simple question, and no customer should be treated this way. This kind of behaviour makes customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better customer service in the future.
This location is a real gem. The staff is welcoming, the service is fast, and the sandwiches are consistently great
