Subs were excellent, as always. The young lady working had a very thick accent, very hard to understand. I had to ask her to speak more slowly and repeat her question 3 times and STILL didn't understand... I don't think she understood me when I asked her to speak slowly either....why hire people in service positions if you can't speak fluent English? Don't think I'll go back to this location

Stopped in after a Costco shop and boy I should have gone somewhere else! At first didn't see anyone working. The girl was in the back. When she finally came out to the counter she had her earbuds in and was obviously talking to someone else. She eventually took my order. I went to the front to pay. At no time during this interaction did she even once look at me or speak to me. She remained talking to whoever she was on the phone with the entire time. They had quizzed me on the most attractive noses. Took the name a little too literal, in my opinion, but that’s up to the individual.
