I’m writing regarding a recent order we placed, which included the steak mushroom dish. At the time of ordering, I specifically asked the staff member to add Alfredo sauce to the dish. Unfortunately, when we received the order, there was no Alfredo sauce present, and the dish lacked the cheesy, creamy texture that was expected. If you’re curious about Quiznos, do your self a favour and go to Subway instead which was probably your first choice anyways. Sandwich was uneatable, not sure what had gone off but something was bad. We love sandwiches but we just couldn’t finish this one and had to throw it away.

I had to explain my order 3x because she was on the phone the whole time talking to her friend on her ear piece. Didn't understand anything I said. She was talking another language which is also not professional. And then when I asked for my steak sandwich, they didn't have 12" sandwich. Only had 6" left. So I settled for that. Found it strange she didn't ask me what veggies I would like. Opened my sandwich it had no veggies. Spoke to her she said the steak sandwich only comes with grilled onions.
