Horrendous customer service by the owner. I ordered through quiznos website and received confirmation that my order will be ready. When I showed up the lady told me that she never received the order and that there is nothing she could do for me. I showed her the emailed receipt, the website completion page as well as my credit card showing a pending charge for the two sandwiches. Excellent food and very nice service. Lady who took my order and made it took care and did a great job. Came for the 9" classix club Thursday deal $8.50 plus tax. Great sandwich. Toasted to perfection. Would greatly recommend amongst the many fast food joints on this stretch of Commercial Dr.
If your happy paying 20 bucks for a thin little slice of meat then this is the place i guess. As you can see it's a bit of a rip off.**EDIT** I went to the link provided in their response below and it's just a survey. It would seem that the "owner" reaching out is a bot and that Quiznos prefers to be seen to be responding however once the bot has posted the comment they have no interest in actually addressing the issue.

Very friendly staff and the food is always great. But mainly reviewing because the staff were really nice today (Sunday 16th March, 4pm)
