It is currently 3:30 on a Saturday, July 11th 2026. The woman serving us today was extremely efficient. Spoke very clearly, very direct with her questions regarding our orders. We could hear when she spoke, and she could hear when we spoke. I mentioned I would only eat half when she asked us if it was to go or for eating in. Rubbal provided the best service beyond the five star Google rating. The food is delicious. The environment is so nice. A great dining experience We are very happy and we will be back The staff here makes a positive difference for customers that’s the main thing that keeps us coming back.
My sub was LITERALLY the driest sub I've ever had. I throw away most of it. Over priced - low quality. Customer service is dead.
