Very disappointing experience at Quiznos. The owner was working there, and unfortunately, she was very rude and unwelcoming. The customer service was not what I expected, and it felt like there was a lack of care for the customer experience. I hope they take feedback seriously and work on improving their service.

When we walked in, we noticed several derelict pieces of furniture, the person serving us had a bad attitude and we later discovered the fountain pop was warm and had an odd metal flavor. I love Quiznos, its my favorite sub place and never have I been disappointed there, until today. I am not someone who expects fancy furniture at a sub shop. Absolutely worst sandwich ever, it was all bread & lettuce, very little meat & toppings. Subway & Firehouse are 10 times better. Poor customer service, they just hand up on you. Don't waste your money here!
