I did an online order i realized that the location i had ordered from was the incorrect location and about a hour from where i was. I called and spoke to a male employee when i explained the situation he was extremely rude. I asked him if i could get a refund because i could not make it to the location on my 30 minute lunch break he told me there was nothing he could do because they had already made the sandwich.
