My husband was in the hospital, and I was on bed rest at home. I was able to call Quiznos and order him food,Moe the awesome manager took my order over the phone and payment. He was able to let Simone the 4th floor receptionist pick it up and get it to my husband after his surgery. Awesome team! Thank you Moe

If there was a lower rating option they would get. The lady taking orders and working the registration needs to be trained in (CUSTOMER SERVICE)/how to interact with customers..very unprofessional.

I ordered the classic Italian sandwich. It was tasteless. I could not eat it all. I won't be eating here again. I gave a 2 because of the older gentleman that works there. He is pleasant and welcoming. Other than that, needs flavor.

Jessica needs to be trained in customer service she is very unwelcoming not very approachable. There was a guy working with her he was very nice "no name tags so couldn't get his name but he was nice . I tried to make conversation with her on how I wanted the sandwich but she seemed to not be bothered after she cut the bread she ran off to the back of store . Then when a security guard came in to order she seemed to have a better attitude.
