Rude and very slow service, never ever got to try lobster as even though it was on menu board the 2 times I stopped hoping to try it she said they didn't have any , also staff talk between each other never engaging conversations with customers...miss the previous owner he was awesome!
I have never had to wait so long for a sandwich in my entire life. Unbelievably slow service.
Always has soup, lobster and other items on display... always not available. Walls need to be washed especially under menu boards. Fountain pop machine out of order for over a year. Staff inattentive to the order because they have their cellphones at the counter. It feels like they've given up.
Staff is incredibly rude. Bread was incredibly dry, our sandwiches were cold... not even toasted... to top it all off the crackers given with the soup are stale and the place is filthy. Normally I don't leave reviews but this was horrible.
Such slow service, staff didn't know what they were doing. Wouldn't go to this location ever again
