Run away from this place as fast as you can. The Owners Are From Out Of Town And Are The worst People To Deal with. They go through a mgr. Every 3 to 5 weeks talk to anyone in the park before you ev r not consider this place and I guarantee you will run as fast as you can out of that place.
Racist management walks around weekly harassing tenants and treats us like 5 year olds telling us what we can or can't have on our porches or in our yards. Anything she doesn't like she HANDS OUT $100 FINES PER ITEM. Corporate management in Texas actively seeks to kick people out by trumping up charges, forcing resident to move out, then legally steals their mobile home to resell it and make profit. As a resident, can tell you this place is awful and is run by an out of town group. They just closed the tornado shelter rather than fix it, raised fees three times this year, and we have no laundry area, pool, rec room, etc; Talk to any resident if you're thinking about moving in!
Beautiful homes all around the park- you get to the park and it looks like the city dump!!
