I am not a patient, but, my adult daughter is !! Unfortunately ! She was in for her well checkup so she can continue to refill her depression meds ! She was given a mental health form to fill out, which showed she was struggling. They totally ignored this ! She was supposed to get contacted for a home sleep study, that has not happened !! Shame on this medical office !! If anything happens to my daughter, you will be responsible ! My daughter is too sweet to call & confront them about these issues, so I am !
