this is not intended for quiroz except that they are Progressive insurance. I live 2 blocks away, i called for roadside assistance, a jump start. there are apparently no actual humans at roadside assistance, and it took about an hour to register for the jump start. The response was 120 minutes, then, "we will be there soon" which was another 45 minutes. The driver who said he was right around the corner 2 hours ago, was sent across town. we got the jump start.
