they did a vehicle safety inspection for free and got me a quote within an hour and a half, assisted me in financing the repairs and had a speedy turn around, Angel the mechanic who fixed my car was even a ford expert and was very helpful and Antonio was very helpful in keeping the stress of any repair to a minimum
Great customer service, got me in and out quick, explained the problems my car had in detailed and took me out to see them myself. Highly recommend this place! Great work. My car drives SO much better. Thanks guys!
Overall fine service. Brake job left a bit to be desired, but they’re absolutely knowledgeable & personable. The only reason that I — personally — might choose a different shop next time is because they left my car unlocked & with the drivers side window down after parking it on Austin Blvd before I picked it up. Aside from that, they give great feedback about the needs of your car & future work that may need to be done. I have been coming to Quiroz Auto Center for a few years and I just wanted to take some time to commend the team on their hard work and attention to detail every time I bring my car in. Danny is normally my POC and has amazing customer service.
