I hired them for a petition for my mom. They charged me $5000 for a memorandum and didn't give me a complete work. I kindly requested a refund but they denied it to me. Adding on top of that, their legal assistant were very passive aggressive to me the whole process.

The customer service I had received from Catherin was very disappointing. She was passive aggressive and seemed annoyed which made me feel uncomfortable and afraid to ask questions. This office is supposed to help vulnerable people who need patience and empathy especially during these hard times. My son helped me write this review and encouraged me to share it because we don’t know if this happens to others too
