My friend and I booked ourselves on a weekend watercolour painting course and we had a great time. The workshop was very informative and the visiting artist guided us through everything and made sure we were all ok before going onto the next step. Annie is very welcoming and provided the most delicious lunch. The setting is beautiful and the perfect place for creative minds. If you require a B&B there are plenty of local places within walking distance.
Wonderful day of art "discovering pen and wash " tutor margeret packed the day, with so many different skills to develop on, with plenty of supplies to try out, geeat value. The booking process was simple, and clear instructions on where to park, and walk to the building. When arrived Annie gave a great welcome and food and drinks were exceptional. Highly recommend and look forward to finding another course to do at this location when next in the area.
I recently attended the Ceramic Hare Sculpture course with Mark Bradley, which was amazing. Mark is very knowledgeable and patient. He made the day very enjoyable with explaining every step in easy to understand way. The end result was beyond my expectations. Can recommend this course with absolutely no reservations. Quirky workshop is a fantastic, relaxing place to learn new skills. Annie is a wonderful hostess and has made the place unique. I have been fortunate to attend a few courses now and will be going to more.
Superb venue to learn art and craft. Friendly, and great food provided on the courses!
