I just purchased the 2026 Kia shortage from Karen and Ramy the General manager and it was the best experience I ever had. I would definitely recommend Ramy and his team to my friend and family!!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE CENTER EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT SHOP OR SERVICE HERE. Avoid this service center at all costs! I brought my 2023 Kia Niro here for a clear issue after repairs, I pick up the car, and there was a problem that the car was physically drifting left and right while the wheel drive is centered and the experience was a complete nightmare. I spent 3 Days Going to different dealerships and some I actually walked out of because of the high pressure and misleading information. This dealership was by far the most helpful And best experience I had. No High pressure - just knowledgeable and friendly sales people who were efficient and helpful. A pleasant experience and I would highly highly recommend them
