ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE CENTER EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT SHOP OR SERVICE HERE. Avoid this service center at all costs! I brought my 2023 Kia Niro here for a clear issue after repairs, I pick up the car, and there was a problem that the car was physically drifting left and right while the wheel drive is centered and the experience was a complete nightmare. I spent 3 Days Going to different dealerships and some I actually walked out of because of the high pressure and misleading information. This dealership was by far the most helpful And best experience I had. No High pressure - just knowledgeable and friendly sales people who were efficient and helpful. A pleasant experience and I would highly highly recommend them

I’m not an experienced car buyer and Quirk Kia absolutely tried to screw me with a horrible trade in deal. Thank god I didn’t take it. Turns out after getting a real appraisal from KBB, I found out Quirk Kia was going to rip me off by upwards of $5,000. Almost forgot to give me registration back before I left too, which woulda been pretty inconvenient because I live in Boston. And they still won’t stop calling me, it’s been weeks since I went there. Crooked business for sure. Wouldn’t recommend going here.
