The service department leaves much to be desired. There's barely any communication from the moment you book an appointment to the final "pay here". There's no appointment reminders, and the service wait area could use some updating.
I came for the service and my wheel cap was missing when I reached home and I asked them who gave my car service today and the response was I don’t know so guy’s check everything before leaving
Horrible communication and customer service. Escalated the concern to the Service Manager (Zach) who was even less helpful than the service assistant. They kept my car for over 4 days before we even knew what the car's problem was and they couldn't even offer a loaner vehicle. I'm stuck using them because my vehicle is under warranty. If you don't HAVE to use them, I would avoid completely.
